Once a Client has contracted Ecker & Associates to recruit a Focus Group, each potential respondent is contacted by Phone unless otherwise instructed by respondent to use an alternative means of contact. So when providing a "Primary Contact" Phone #, it should be a number that you are available at and do not mind receiving calls at. Also, as an alternative we provide space for an "email@Address", please feel free to specify email as a primary means of contact.
