Request for Date of Birth
Ecker & Associates requests a respondents Date of Birth for two reasons.
- Respondents, occasionally, will have the same Last and First Name.
The Date of Birth is used to assure that we do not duplicate
a respondent in our database.
- Clients require age limits on certain studies.
